Bovada's Terms and Conditions

Bovada (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "the Site") is an online gaming service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Bovada.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Bovada reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• This agreement takes effect from the moment the user completes registration.
• Bovada reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Bovada. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license may be required for age verification. Accounts registered with false information will be terminated immediately.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts and associated funds will be forfeited. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are automatically detected.

• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be verified.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your identity has been verified.

Bovada currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the daily maximum is BDT 50,000. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit. Funds sent from another person's account or an unrecognized source are not accepted and will be returned.

• Deposits can be made from both personal and merchant bKash accounts.
• If a deposit fails, funds will be returned within 3 business days.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Bovada does not accept payments made directly via mobile recharge or gift cards.

Account verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. For your first withdrawal, a copy of your national ID and a screenshot of your mobile banking account will be required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000, with a daily maximum of BDT 100,000. Once approved, funds are typically credited to your mobile banking account within 24 to 72 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Suspicious transactions may be held and reviewed before a withdrawal is processed.
• Once a withdrawal has been approved, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Bovada regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and special promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be reviewed before claiming.

Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x per bonus. This means a BDT 1,000 bonus would require BDT 20,000 to BDT 40,000 in wagers before you can withdraw. If the requirements are not met within the specified time frame, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Not all games are available for play with bonus funds — some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bovada reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

All games on Bovada are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is completely fair, independent, and unaffected by previous results.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time with live dealers. If a technical issue causes a game to be interrupted, bets for that round will be refunded. In the event of a dispute over a final game result, Bovada's decision shall be considered final.

• If a game is interrupted due to a connection issue, it will resume from the last saved state on the server.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game to gain an unfair advantage may result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bovada platform. Any violation will result in immediate permanent account termination, and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating coordinated betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using software bots or automation tools to play games.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any form of hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
